Despite explaining what the Metaverse is in our previous post, it is important to note the obvious fact that it is an online 3-Dimensional universe that is coming sooner than we think and will be dependent on the physical world. Life in itself will be seen the same way in the digital space as in the real world and the abilities of humans, eating, sleeping, working, talking, etc will undoubtedly be reflected.

Imagine having a version of yourself where you are in this limitless world, you can showcase your presentation, the flow sheet, your ledger, whatever industry you are in. You can showcase it all around you. You can have these meetings with your co-workers, where it feels even more immersive…. Instead of being on the internet, imagine yourself being in the internet.
Moving on to explaining in what way(s) both are relative;
The link between the virtual reality and the physical reality
Humanistic Control
One significant link between both realities is; they are equally manipulated by humans, but in the case of virtual reality, humans don’t show up as humans but as avatars. This could mean, we can still show up at our favourite celebrity concert and enjoy every experience of it in the digital space as though it was real world.
Technological Accessibility Only
Users gain access to the virtual world through the use of devices (VR headsets) that can only be held or used physically. These devices serve as a medium between both realities. In an actual sense, a person exists in both worlds.
Real World Economical Advancement
An individual can earn money in the virtual world or perhaps be a digital art curator with several auctioned NFTs then store the earnings (digital coin/tokens) in his/her crypto wallet. On the same chain, the crypto stored gets exchanged into fiat based on the owner’s choice, which can be comparatively spent in the physical world.
Social Importance on the Physical World
Another unique feature of Metaverse is the ability to have Humans from different races across the world interact in the digital space and as well connect with other people across diverse continents without the intervention of physical barriers or limitations. “This could somehow lead to real world marriages where the couple’s first meeting was in Metaverse“. Sounds cool right?
